What to write about
Something is broken. Describe what you did and what you saw, and if you can, attach the page address and a screenshot. Knowing the browser and the device helps — the cause turns up noticeably faster.
A question about the service. Have a look first at the FAQ: it collects answers about accounts, video sources, quality, devices and privacy. If your answer is not there, write to us.
Data deletion. We delete account data on request. Write from the address the account is registered to, so we can tell the request is yours. What exactly is kept, and for how long, is described in the privacy policy. privacy policy.
For rights holders. If you believe the service infringes your rights, write to the same address: say which material you mean and on what grounds you hold the rights to it. We will look into it within a few days.
Partnerships and ideas. Here too. Ideas about what the service is missing are always read with interest.
